This Lyft hotline web and phone based intake system and database is hosted and delivered on Lyft’s behalf by a third-party company, NAVEX (“NAVEX”). The personal data and information you provide will be stored in a database which is located on servers hosted and operated by NAVEX in the United States. If your residence and/or primary work location is outside of the United States, any personal data and information you provide in a report to NAVEX may be transferred outside of your country for the purpose of providing administration of this service or processing, investigating, and addressing submitted reports. For these purposes and subject to the provisions of local law, the personal data and information you provide may be accessed, processed, and used by the relevant personnel of Lyft , including personnel on Lyft’s People, Finance, Internal Audit, and Legal/Compliance teams, Lyft company management, the Board of Directors, certain external advisors (e.g., legal advisors), and, in limited circumstances, by technical staff at NAVEX. Those individuals may be located in the United States or elsewhere. In accordance with applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, or erasure of personal data or to object to the processing or submit a complaint with a data protection authority.
